Terms of payment and discounts
- With the issuing of this price list, previous price lists and other price agreements expire.
- All the indicated prices are understood ex stock of the seller in Prague, without VAT. The seller reserves the right to change prices without giving prior notice. Please carefully study the data indicated in the purchase contract or tax document.
- The seller specifies some of the following terms of payment to the buyer:
a) Cash payment when taking delivery of goods
b) Payment in advance by bank transfer (always EExe fans and special equipment)
c) Partial payment in advance with a final invoice according to Section d)
d) Payment after delivery with remittance within 10 days after issuing the invoice
DISCOUNTS FOR COMPANIES INSTALLING AIR-CONDITIONING EQUIPMENT
a) Basic discounts
b) Individual discounts
c) Individual single discounts for large projects
d) Discounts for payments in advance and for purchases exceeding CZK 10,000 in a single order
e) For prices denoted **, we provide bulk discounts, however, not the discounts according to Sections a), b), c) d)
